LED lamps and lanterns must go through aging test, which is used to conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the whole performance of LED lamps and lanterns, detect defective products, and ensure the qualified rate of electronic products. The aging test of LED lamps and lanterns is generally carried out by lamp aging rack or lamp aging line. No matter which aging form is used, the following must be paid attention to when aging LED lamps.

    1. Put the assembled good LED lamps on the aging rack or aging line, check whether they are damaged, deformed, loose plug, cover not in place, serious scratches, color deviation of the whole lamp and other adverse phenomena. Turn on the aging bracket start switch and check whether each lamp has been lighted

    2. The aging test time of LED lamps is 4 hours (special cases need to be confirmed by the technical department). In the process of aging test, attention must be paid to the condition of lamps and lanterns. During the aging time of lamps and lanterns, the lamps shall not appear such bad phenomena as no light, dead light, dark light, stroboscopic, flicker, abnormal noise of driving power supply and board explosion.

    3. After the aging test of LED lamps is completed, turn off the switches of each aging test. When the surface temperature of LED lamps is reduced to normal temperature, the lamps are taken out from the aging test frame or aging test line and placed in the designated place for the next process.

    4. In the aging process of LED lamps, in case of the above described defects, the aging shall be stopped immediately, the defective products shall be taken out from the aging rack, and the identification records shall be returned to the assembly group for treatment.

    5. When the LED lamps are aging, they should not be stacked to cover the light source points. When the high-power LED lamps are aging, they should not put more than 8 on one aging line at the same time.
