YJM-23時安達牌防觸電預(yù)警器適用于電力行業(yè)220V-220KV工作環(huán)境，五個電壓報警檔位可選，采用蜂鳴器報警方式，優(yōu)點：價格低、體積小、重量輕、耗電量小、使用壽命長、操作簡單方便、報警清晰，是電工特種作業(yè)人員的一種極為有效低成本的安全輔助用品。

產(chǎn)品適用范圍：

220KV時安達®防觸電預(yù)警器適用于220V/380V、10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV的工作環(huán)境，產(chǎn)品適用于發(fā)、變、送、配、農(nóng)電和在電氣設(shè)備上工作的人員（包括基建安裝人員），在高低壓線路和電器設(shè)備等危險環(huán)境安裝、檢修時，當線路帶電并且與工作人員的距離小于安全距離時預(yù)警，提示工作人員已靠近帶電線路，此時需嚴格按安全工作規(guī)程操作，可直接安裝在安全帽內(nèi)，也可隨身攜帶，是電工特種作業(yè)人員的一種極為有效的輔助安全用品。

User Manual of SHIANDA Brand Anti-Electric Shock Warning Device

SHIANDA brand anti-electric shock warning device series are developed by our company with our own intellectual property. The product has been tested by Quality Inspection and Test Center for Electric Power Industry Safety Devices (test No.: DAZ1802168) and the products are applicable for staff who work on power generation, transformer, power transmission, power distribution, agricultural power and electric equipments (including installation personnel for infrastructure construction). When these persons install or repair equipments in the dangerous environment with high and low voltage lines and electric equipments, if the lines are connected with power and the distance between them and the electric lines is shorter than the safety distance, the device will warn and prompt them that they are close to the electric line and they should operate strictly in compliance with safety regulations. The device can be installed in helmet or be carried by the staff and it’s a type of extremely effective auxiliary safety protection products for special type electric operation staff.

Introduction of Performance

1. The warning distances are listed in the following table:

*Minimum safety distance between staff and the electric line when the staff works with DL 409-91 on electric transmission pole or tower.

*110KV and 220KV voltage levels are provided only for 220KV anti-electric shock warning device. Please check the band scale on the anti-electric shock warning device

1. Press the button; when the device “ticks”, it means the warning device is turned on and the warning circuit starts to work.

2. Press the button until the device sounds tone for about one second, and now it means the warning device has been turned off.

3. Self-inspection function – to prevent wrong operation from turning off the device and causing accidents, the warning device has self-inspection function.

l If the device is on: press button and you hear the sound “tick… tick… tick… tick”, it means the warning device is on and you can use it normally. Now if the warning device is within the detection range, the warning horn sounds continual alarms.

l If the device is off: Press the button and you will hear “Tick”, it means the device is turned on and you can use it normally. Now when the warning device is within the detection range, the warning horn sounds continual alarms.

4. This product adopts digital integrated circuit and it has small bulk, light weight and small power consumption. It’s not affected by outside climate or temperature and its working performance is stable and reliable.

Description on Usage

1. Please turn the band switch to suitable position before you work every day. Press the button and if you hear “Tick”, or “Tick…Tick…Tick…Tick”, it means the device is on. After the device is turned on, test the device with simulation inspection. Only if the device works normally in the simulation inspection, can you use it for work. If you do not hear “Tick” sound even if the device is turned on for several times, it means the power of the battery has been used out and you need replace the used battery with new No. 7 alkali battery before you use it again.

2. When you check or repair aerial power lines, communication lines or electric device and you are within the warning distance, if the warning device sounds continual alarms, it means the lines and the electric equipments are connected with power, so please be careful of your safety during work.

3. The warning device only works only for 220V or above alternate current with working frequency 50HZ-60HZ. The circuit can resist interference through digital filtering and can work stably and reliably. Note: the warning device does not work for direct current, high frequency current or static.

4. When the work is completed, please turn off the device to reduce battery consumption.

Important Hint: For your safety, please use the products properly; do not crash or stamp the warning device series electronic products. Please keep the products against water and damp and do not dismantle the device by yourselves.
