磁性分離器是一種無(wú)心磨床中一個(gè)用來(lái)分離金屬鐵屑、細(xì)鐵屑、鑄件鐵屑等從冷卻液中分離出來(lái)的機(jī)器。磁性分離器主要分為膠輥磁性分離器和梳齒磁性分離器兩種。

    膠輥磁性分離器用于磨床及其它機(jī)床冷卻液的凈化。通過(guò)分離器的磁性滾筒把冷卻液中的鐵屑吸出，使冷卻液保持干凈、使用磁性分離器可以減少砂輪修正次數(shù)，提高工件的表面光潔度,延長(zhǎng)砂輪和冷卻液的使用壽命。同時(shí)減輕工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，減少了冷卻液對(duì)環(huán)境的污染，膠輥磁性分離器不適用于冷卻液中含較大顆粒的場(chǎng)合。

    梳齒磁性分離器用于軋輥磨床，軸承磨床等大流量工作雜質(zhì)多的生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)所。其工作面呈梳齒狀，內(nèi)部永磁材料磁性強(qiáng)度高，與鐵磁性雜質(zhì)接觸面積大，能夠有效的將冷卻液中的鐵磁性雜質(zhì)吸附在梳齒表面，并經(jīng)向上傾斜的刮板刮出，雜質(zhì)與冷卻液分離效果好，提高工件加工精度，是大流量磨削機(jī)床理想的配套設(shè)備。特別適合于冷卻液中雜質(zhì)顆粒較大的場(chǎng)合。
