1. Basic parameter

The moisture of the base paper: 2-4%

Coating system: air blade/blade coater for front coating + roll coater for back coating

Unwinder and winder: non-stop automatic splicing device for paper web auto joint

Drying system: air floating drying system, pneumatic cylinder driving openable drying box, automatic temperature control

The steam pressure required: 0.8-1.0Mpa

Finishing mode: soft calander + dryer cylinder finishing

Tension control: 200-500 N/m, equipped with high precision tension sensor imported, close-loop controlled with PLC system

Electrical control system: Siemens PLC system

Power supply: 3phase*380V/50Hz

Control voltage: 220V/50Hz & 24 VDC

Compressed air required: 0.6MPa, Dewatered, with filtration treatment
