機(jī)床特性：

結(jié)構(gòu)：

主要鑄件均采用高級鑄件材料，并經(jīng)由退火處理，消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，以確保高精度、高剛性，并延長機(jī)器壽命。

     滑道：

     磨床左右及前后雙V滑道黏貼耐磨樹脂TURCITE-B(鐵氟龍)，并經(jīng)過精密鏟花，不僅滑動順暢且耐磨，最適合成型研磨。

主軸：

使用彈筒式一體化設(shè)計之直結(jié)式軸，并采用P4級超精密斜角滾柱軸承，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)下，低噪音、無震動、扭力大，適合重切削及各式成型研磨。

自動潤滑系統(tǒng):

采用循環(huán)式自動潤滑系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)主軸啟動時，潤滑油即自動循環(huán)對各螺桿及滑道提供強(qiáng)制潤滑，可大大降低滑道磨損度。機(jī)柱上方裝有一個油鏡可監(jiān)看潤滑情形。
