In later 90s, the phenomenal advance of modernization, especially the highly value of petroleum, chemical and energy industry, make improving target flow meter to suit for market extremely urgent. Therefore, after many times’ tests by quanzhou rixin flow’s technicians in 1996, a new type of digital target flow meter named SBL was developed.
